高强度螺栓在江阴长江大跨越铁塔设计中的应用

摘    要:500 kV江阴长江大跨越铁塔的设计荷载特别巨大,构件和节点连接全部采用了8.8级高强度螺栓.结合大跨越铁塔设计,对高强度螺栓的选择、紧固扭矩值的确定、螺栓的质量检验、螺栓的剪切试验等情况作了论述.

Abstract:Because of the particularly large designed load of the large span iron tower of the 500 kV Jiangyin Changjiang crossing project,the high-strength bolts of class 8.8 were used for all the connections of members and nodes.Selection of the highstrength bolts,determination of fastening torque values,quality checking of bolts,and shear tests of bolts are illuminated based on the design of the iron tower.
