| Abstract: | Arrangement of the development system is the key determining the rationalization and economy of the comprehensive quality and usage function in the construction of mines.For this reason,the value analysis methods are introduced into the optimization of the development plans for shafts and the parameters for the plan comparison are proposed to quantify the qualitative indexes,which makes the design strategy more reasonable. |
