摘    要:颗粒粒度与形貌是影响生物质利用的重要因素,针对生物质颗粒粒度分析中存在的问题,提出一种基于图像处理技术的颗粒识别方法.该方法首先利用刀式破碎机对生物质材料进行破碎,通过机械筛分方法将颗粒分为五个粒径范围;然后基于粒径范围大小,利用不同分辨率的成像设备对每个粒级的颗粒进行图像采集,并对颗粒图像进行去噪、分割等图像分析,获得颗粒个体的长度和宽度信息,最终得到生物质材料的粒度与形貌统计分布曲线.实验结果证明,本文提出的图像处理方法可有效分析颗粒形貌,获得准确的颗粒粒度分布规律,克服了传统筛分方法引起的颗粒粒度分布不连续的问题,为生物质颗粒材料的应用研究提供了重要的粒度及形貌信息.

Abstract:Particle size and morphology are important factors which have influences on the utilization of biomass particles,in view of the problems existing in the analysis of biomass particle size,a new kind of particle identification method based on image processing technology is proposed.This method firstly uses traditional knife crusher to grind and crush on the biomass material,so particles can be divided into five types according to the particle size through mechanical sieving;Then based on the particle size,some devices with different resolutions are used for image collection on each fraction of particles.Besides,the denoise and segmentation of particle image are applied in image analysis processing to obtain thc lcngth and width of each individual particlc so that thc distribution curve of particle size and morphology for biomass particle can be drawn finally.The experimental results show that the image processing technology can accurately obtain the particle morphology and overcome the discontinuity problem of biomass particle size existed in traditional sieving,and this technology provides reference information for the particles application research.
