摘    要:根据塑件的结构特点,设计了1副多向抽芯且有较大圆弧抽芯距的带弧形孔类塑件注射模,模具采用在传统的齿轮齿条驱动抽芯机构的基础上增加锥齿轮啮合传动,可顺利实现模具圆弧抽芯和多向抽芯的功能。经生产实践,模具结构可靠,生产的塑件达到使用要求。

Abstract:An injection mould with multiway core-pulling mechanism and large arcuate core-pulling distance was developed for forming a part with arc-holes.These arcuate core-pulling and multiway core-pulling actions were implemented based on both a conventional gear-rack drive core-pulling mechanism and a bevel gear drive mechanism.The mould structure was demonstrated to be reliable and effective.
