| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新的涂装工艺,即高速旋转喷涂工艺,该涂装工艺与手工刷涂、空气喷涂、混气喷涂、高压无气喷涂等涂装工艺相比,具有可喷涂高粘度重防腐涂料,涂料雾化效果好,涂层均匀,涂层经高温固化后附着力强等优点。该工艺通过与涂装前油套管表面处理工艺、高温固化工艺等的结合,很好地解决了长庆油田油套管内表面强腐蚀环境下的内防腐难题。
