基于Vague集的国有企业并购多属性拍卖决策研究

在分析国有企业并购中凸显问题的基础上，构建了国有企业并购多属性拍卖决策的属性集，提出了基于Vague集理论的国有企业并购多属性拍卖决策的一般模型。该决策模型相较传统的模糊集决策模型更具灵活性和实用性，为国有企业并购多属性拍卖决策提供了一种新的思路，总结提炼了国有企业并购多属性拍卖的决策控制要点。

Vague Set Based Multi-Attribute Auction Decision Making in the State-Owned Enterprise Mergence and Acquisition

Auction is an effective way for enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A). There are a number of serious problems in the state owned enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A). To solve these problems, the auction decision making for the state owned enterprise mergence and acquisition (M&A) is discussed in this paper. After analyzing the cause of these problems, a set of attributes for auction decision making is constructed. Then, a general model for multi attribute auction decision making is proposed. In comparison with the existing models that are based on fuzzy sets, the proposed model is more flexible and practical by taking multi attributes into account. Based on this model, the control points are presented for the decision making process.
