北京轨道交通亦庄线工程建设过程调查分析

通过对北京轨道交通亦庄线工程建设过程的调查分析，总结了北京城建集团有限公司采取BT 模式开展工程总承包和资本运作的基本做法和经验，指出大型建筑施工企业采取BT 模式承揽政府投资建设项目，有利于发挥自身的投融资优势，有利于推动设计—施工总承包，有利于对大宗建材的统一管控，有利于大型建筑企业实施综合管理。亦庄线工程建设取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益，值得建设业同行借鉴。

Survey on Rail Transit Construction Process of Yizhuang Line in Beijing

The BT contract for engineering general contractor (EPC) and capital operation fulfilled by Beijing Urban Construction Group was studied. By analyzing the rail transit construction process of Yizhuang Line project in Beijing，the results show that BT contract is fit for the large-scale construction enterprise when undertaking government-invested projects. BT contracts taking firms’ financing ability is useful to general contractor of design-construction to improve material management and control and coordinate activities cross multiple teams in large-scale construction enterprise. The Yizhuang Line project with better social and economic benefits provides a reference to rail transit projects.
