三维极坐标测量技术研究

摘    要:为了解决非接触测量球面的盲区问题,实现球面上小孔位置测量,研制了三维极坐标测量原型样机。分析了三维极坐标测量技术在测量原理、工件坐标系建立、测头应用、温度特性及误差传递等方面的特点。结果表明三维极坐标测量方法适合应用非接触光学测头,有利于提高三维坐标测量精度。

Abstract:A prototype of 3D polar coordinate measuring machine (3D PCMM)is developed to measure locations of bores distributed on spherical surfaces.3D PCMM solved the problem that how to measure the blind areas of the spherical surface with optical probes.Characters of 3D PCMM technique are analyzed,such as measurement principle,work piece coordinate construction,probe application,temperature characteristic,error transmission etc.The results indicate that the method of 3D polar coordinate measurement is suitable for non-contact optical probe application and in favor of precision improvement of 3D coordinate measurement.
