南京市招标代理现状分析及对策研究

随着招标投标制度在我国的逐步推行和不断完善，招标代理应运而生，并在近年来得到了蓬勃的发展，成为活跃在招标投标市场上的重要力量。但是，招标代理自身也存在着诸多不容忽视的问题，在很大程度上制约和影响着招标投标制度的实施。在分析南京市招标代理现状的基础上，从招标代理外部环境和行业内部两个角度分析招标代理存在的主要问题，并分析规范招标投标和促进招标投标健康发展的对策和建议。

Problems and Solutions of Project Bidding Agency in Nanjing

With the gradual implementation and improvements of bidding system in China，the recent years has witnessed great developments of project bidding agencies that become a important player in bidding markets. However，the problems of bidding agencies，to some extent，became barriers to implement the bidding system. Based on the current situation of bidding agencies in Nanjing，problems of bidding agencies are investigated from external and internal environments. Solutions and suggestions are proposed.
