基于IP网实现变电站监控系统的远程维护

针对变电站计算机监控系统软件维护量大、效率低等问题,提出了基于IP网实现监控系统的网络化远程维护方案,即在调度端增加远程维护终端,利用光纤通信IP网络和路由技术接入各套监控系统,并采用多种远程控制方法实现监控系统的远程维护.具体规划了该系统的总体框架,讨论了系统软件配置及远程维护方法,并提出了几个存在的问题.该方案已在漯河市电业局得到应用,解决了许多实际问题,降低了维护成本,提高了劳动效率,增强了网络的安全可靠性.

Building net tele-maintenance of substation supervisory control system based on IP network

The paper proposes a scheme of net tele-maintenance of substation computer supervisory control system based on IP network, which can solve the workload of maintenances, upgrade the efficiency and so on. The scheme is to fit a tele-maintenance terminal in dispatching center, by using optical fiber communication IP network and route technology to link all supervisory control systems. Rely on several remote control methods it realizes tele-maintenance of supervisory control system. The paper presents an overall frame systematically, discusses system software configure, maintaining methods and the existing problems. This system has been used in power administration in Luohe Electric Power Industry Bureau. It saves the cost of safeguarding, increases the efficiency and improves the safe reliability of the network.
