高吸收染色加脂助剂应用研究

研究了实验室合成的阳离子型高吸收皮革染色加脂助剂R、S、V的多种使用方法(染色之前预处理、加酸固色前后应用,以及“三明治”法)及不同的助剂对染料和油脂的吸收,革的颜色和手感的影响。并考察了高吸收染色加脂助剂应用于不同的革种(羊皮、牛皮、猪皮)的差别。实验表明,所合成的阳离子高吸收染色加脂助剂能明显提高油脂和染料的吸收,且提高革的染色强度。综合考虑,以染色加脂前用助剂处理或染色加脂前用助剂处理,最后再用助剂固色的效果最优。

Application of Highly Absorptive Cationic Auxiliary for Leather Dyeing and Fat-liquoring

Highly absorptive cationic auxiliaries for leather dyeing and fat-liquoring R, S, V were applied with different methods(pre-treating before dyeing, applying before and after colour fixing with formic acid, and "Sandwich Method ") . Their effect on the absorption of dyeing and fat-liquoring, the colour and feel of leather were also studied, as well as the varied leather wet-blue(goat, cattle and pig wet-blue). The experiments show that the Highly absorptive cationic auxiliaries for leather dying and fat-liquoring R,S, V can obviously improve the absorption of the dyeing and fat-liquoring, increase dyeing fastness. The optimum process is to pre-treat with the auxiliary before dye and fat-liquoring, and then fix colour at last.
