摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)单体为主要原料,引入辅助共聚单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS),采用胶束聚合技术和后加碱水解法,制备了AM/丙烯酸(AA)/AMPS耐温抗盐驱油聚合物。考察了水解剂、水解温度、水解时间、水解剂用量等因素在后水解过程中对聚合物相对分子质量的影响。实验证明最佳合成条件为:水解剂为质量分数8%的NaOH,水解温度85℃,水解时间3 h。

Abstract:AM/AA/AMPS copolymer was prepared with micellar polymerization and post-hydrolysis procedures using acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA) and 2acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw materials.The effects of hydrolytic reagent,hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis time and concentration of hydrolytic reagent on the molecular weight of product were investigated.The obtained optimum conditions of synthesis were hydrolysis temperature 85 ℃,hydrolysis time 3 h,and the hydrolytic reagent 8wt% NaOH.
