直流平面电磁泵电极实验研究

摘    要:选择适合于电磁泵生产应用的电极.通过电极实验,分析电极腐蚀、导电、散热情况及稳定性.对3种电极有比较系统、深刻的认识:自体电极还有待于进一步研究;一体电极的自身电阻较大,导电性能稳定并且电流分配平均,但易被腐蚀;组合电极在正负极都能比较稳定工作,自身电阻较小,导电能力好,抗腐蚀能力强.

Abstract:Choosing electrodes would be suitable for the (electromagnetism) pump production. Through the electrodes experiments, analyzing the electrode corrosion and conduct, circumstance of spreading heat, and stabilities, there is systematic, deep cognition to three kinds of electrodes: the itself electrodes need further researching. The oneself electric resistance of the integral whole electrode is bigger, conduct ability is stability and electric current is average, but is decayed easily. Combination electrode in both the plus and minus pole can stably work, have smaller electric resistance, good conduct ability and strong the anti-decays ability.
