摘    要:某多金属矿是一座资源丰富、品位高、难分选的复杂银铜铅锌多金属矿,可回收的元素为锌、铜、铅、银、锑。该矿有用矿物嵌布粒度细且不均匀,镶嵌关系十分复杂,但主要回收对象的氧化率较低,硫化率合计达到90%左右,利于浮选,而且,铜、铅矿物对捕收剂及其它药剂条件具有较好的适应性,锌矿物对活化和捕收作用响应性好。试验研究结果推荐“一段细磨(85%-74μm)-铅粗精矿再磨(95%-43μm)的铜-铅-锌优先浮选”工艺流程,并结合使用铜、铅选择性捕收剂BK905和BK906,试验指标为,铜精矿品位18.23%、回收率84.82%,铅精矿品位66.35%、回收率80.78%,锌精矿品位45.16%、回收率84.04%。

Abstract:The complex multi-meted Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn ores is a rich resource with high metal grade and difficult to deal with,which several metal as Zn、Cu、Pb、Ag、Sb could be recoveried from. The granularities of useful minerals are embedded finely and its distributions are quit complex,but its oxidation grades below 10% are low and benefit to flotation,moreover,the Cu and Pb minerals have good adaptabilities to the collectors and other reagents while the Zn mineral responds well to the activation and depression. The research result recommends Cu -Pb -Zn selective flotation flowsheet of finely grind with 85% -0.074mm and Pb buck concentrate second-grind with 95%-0.043mm by using Cu and Pb selective collectors BK905/BK906. The indexes have been achieved as follows:Cu concentrate grade and its recovery is 18.23% and 84.82% ;Pb 66.35%、80.78%;Zn 45.16%、84.04%。
