湿热环境中焊接波导的环境适应性分析

摘    要:根据铜波导银钎焊试件和铝波导铝钎焊试件在热带海洋大气、湿热工业大气环境下进行5年的棚下暴露试验的外观观测和电性能检测结果,分析了焊接焊缝在受试环境中的环境适应性,找出了焊接波导在湿热环境中耐腐蚀能力的薄弱环节,该薄弱环节主要存在于焊接缝区及其热影响区。在外观变化情况下,可以看出在两种大气环境中暴露的两种样品均出现腐蚀现象,说明大气环境会破坏金属表面防护层。

Abstract:Environmental worthiness of the waveguide's welded joint was analyzed base on the test results of the silver welded of copper wave-guide and the aluminum-welded of aluminium wave-guide after exposed in the shed under the environments of seashore and moist heat industry climate for 5 years. Weakness place of the waveguides was found in moist heat climate. The place is the area of welded joint and heated affection. From the variable appearance, the erosions of the two type samples were found under the different environments. They presented that the environment can destroy the metal surface protective layer.
