| 摘 要： | 从建筑的发包商到建筑商，从方案的设计者到监理者，从项目的决策者到消费者，他们对建筑和城市的美与丑都负有直接的责任。外在酷似繁荣的城市，内部包容了多少的颓废，他们人性的弱点通过建筑项目的流程得到淋漓尽致的发挥。兴叹胜于欣慰，劝诫不如自省。还是警钟长鸣，从己做起。

| Abstract: | We can say that investors, contractors, designers, supervisors, decision-makers and consumers are all responsible to the beauty and the ugliness of the cities and the buildings. As well as the magnificent glory, the cities come up with a lot of decadence. Architectural items become the battlefield of Human beings to reveal their feelings, especially their weakness. Bewailing is better than gratifying; and dissuasion is not as good as introspection. Let's dig by ourselves with the alarm ring by ears. |
