| 摘 要： | 目的通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者D-二聚体的检测,探讨其与疾病的关系与临床意义。方法统计慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期、加重期及加重期治疗前后D-二聚体水平。结果D-二聚体水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期患者明显升高,与对照组相比有显著性差异;治疗后D-二聚体明显下降;D-二聚体与动脉血氧分压(PaO2)呈负相关,与动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)呈正相关。结论监测慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者D-二聚体水平,并及时纠正缺氧、解痉及适当的给予抗凝药物治疗,有助于改善患者临床预后。
