| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了继电保护检修管理的现状和建立继电保护状态评估检修管理信息系统的必要性。该系统采用先进的状态评分思想,及基于状态检修思想的检修策略,可在不牺牲设备可靠性的前提下,缩短检修时间、提高设备可用率、降低检修成本。系统采用B/S三层结构,包括保护设备台帐管理、故障分析、状态评估、辅助决策、综合查询、系统管理等功能模块。
