基于有限元的发电机U型架结构动力特性分析

摘    要:针对某机型发电机U型架结构,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对发电机U型架及连接部件进行精确的数值建模,然后利用ANSYS动力学分析的完全法对该结构在交变载荷作用下的动力特性进行数值模拟分析,并运用后处理对数值分析结果进行图形及曲线描述,最后对U型架及连接部件的力学性能进行评估.通过分析该结构的动力响应及力学性能,得出该结构容易失效或疲劳的部位,为U型架结构的改进设计和日常维护提供了有力依据.

Abstract:In connection with the generator U-shaped frame structure of certain aircraft,finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to generate the accurate numerical model for the structure and link parts.The full method of ANSYS dynamic analysis is then used to carry out numerical simulation of the structure’s dynamic characteristics which is under alternating loads,and postprocessor of ANSYS is used to describe the results of the numerical analysis in graphics and curves.Finally,the mechanical properties of the structure and connecting components are evaluated.By analyzing the dynamic response of the structure and mechanical properties,the site which is liable to subject to failure or fatigue is obtained.The results can provide strong basics for design improvements and routine maintenance.
