| 摘 要： | 圆形料场堆取料机是一种环保的大型机械设备,而门架结构的性能直接影响刮板机乃至整机的稳定运行。文中对圆形料场堆取料机的门架钢结构进行静力学分析,接着分析其强度和刚度,同时分析了门架内力图和弯矩图,最后进行优化设计方法探讨。该计算方法可以为同类产品设计及其结构的有限元分析提供依据。

| Abstract: | Circular stacker-reclaimer Stacker is large-scale machinery and environmental protection equipment,and the gantry directly affects the performance of scraper conveyor and even the stable operation of the machine.The paper discusses the static analysis of the gantry of circle stockyard,then analyzes the strength and stiffness analysis of the force diagram and bending moment diagram of the gantry,and finally introduces the optimization discussion.The calculation method provides the basis for the same product design and structure,and also provides the basis for finite element analysis. |
