大型客车车身骨架结构分析

摘    要:建立了客车骨架有限元模型,在紧急制动、极限扭转和紧急转弯工况下,对车身骨架结构进行了静态分析,得到了车身骨架结构的应力、位移、扭矩和弯矩分布情况。对车身骨架结构进行了模态分析,得到了低阶模态下的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明:车身骨架大应力主要分布在车身的底架,而其它部位的应力值都较低。车身低阶固有频率处于允许工作频段内,具有较好的振动特性。

Abstract:Finite element model of the skeleton of the bus is built, and the static analysis of the body frame structure is carried out under the emergency braking, cornering limit reverse and emergency conditions. The stress, displacement, torque and bending moment distribution of body skeleton structure are obtained. Modal analysis of the body frame structure is conducted, and the natural frequency, the lower mode and vibration mode is obtained. The result demonstrates that the big stress of the body frame structure is occurred in the chassis, others in low level. The lower frequency of the body is allowed, and it has good vibration characteristics.
