齿轮测量中心的全闭环系统设计

摘    要:齿轮测量中心要求具有测量精度高、测量速度快、重复性好、操作简单、安全可靠等特点。文中采用运动控制器作为控制单元,交流伺服驱动器作为驱动机构,伺服电机作为执行机构,光栅及电感作为精密传感,数据采集卡作为位移检测及数据采集,微型计算机通过VC++编程作为上位控制、数据处理及界面显示,从而实现齿轮测量中心的全闭环交流伺服运动控制系统。

Abstract:Gear measuring center requires high measuring accuracy,high speed,good repeatability,convenient operation,as well as high safety and reliability.The design uses a motion controller as the control unit,AC servo drive as drive mechanism,the servo motor as the implementing agency,the grating and the inductor as precision sensing,data acquisition card as a displacement sensor and data collection part,micro-computer by VC++ programming as the host control,data processing and interface display,in order to achieve gear measuring center motion control system of full-closed loop.
