| 摘 要： | 以PLC为核心,采用电气控制技术和气动技术,设计了油缸焊接自动线控制系统,使该系统具备了自动上下料及自动焊接功能。实践表明,该PLC控制系统可靠性高,操作简便,油缸焊接质量好。

| Abstract: | PLC,electrical control and pneumatic technology are adopted to design cylinder automatic welding control system.It makes the system achieve the functions of automatic loading,unloading and welding.The result of practice shows that this system is highly reliable,convenient to handle and welding quality. |
