基于Pro/E的斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器三维建模及运动分析

摘    要:在对斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器参数优化分析的基础上,利用Pro/E软件建立了减速器的三维实体模型并进行虚拟装配,最后对该模型进行运动分析,给输入轴一定转速,由仿真分析得出中间轴和输出轴转速,并将仿真结果与理论计算进行对比,从而验证该模型的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Based on the optimization of the helical gear reducer,Pro/E software is used to establish a three-dimensional model and the virtual assembly.Finally,the kinematic simulation of the model is analyzed,by giving some input shaft speeds,obtained some intermediate speeds of output shaft by the simulation.The simulation results are very near to the theoretical calculation,so the resule verified the method is effective and feasible.
