摘    要:针对目前起重机的试验现状,文中提出了利用SolidWorks结合Simulation对80tonX58mH35M门式起重机主梁进行三维建模和空间受力分析,一定程度上代替实际工程试验并突破其局限性的方法。利用计算机辅助分析方法对80tonX58mH35M门式起重机主梁进行试验仿真研究,从而为设计80tonX58mH35M门式起重机及其重要结构件提供信息,以解决样机试验中存在的问题。

Abstract:According to the present situation of the crane test,3D modeling and space force analysis is carried out by using SolidWorks and Simulation for the main beam of 80tonX58mH35M door crane.The method can be taken as a substitute for the practical engineering test.Based on computer aided engineering analysis method,simulation research on the main beam of 80tonX58mH35M door crane is finished so as to provide abundant imformation to the design of crane and important parts and solve the problems occuring in the experiment of prototype.
