| 摘 要： | 在金属切削中,当车刀的刃倾角不为零,车刀主切削刃上各点的切削平面和基面均不相同,因而其工作前角与静态前角是不同的,通过建立实际前角的方程来揭示刃倾角和工作前角的关系,并给出计算实例。

| Abstract: | The cutting edge planes and the reference planes of each point on lathe tool arc different .when the cutting edge inclination isn＇t zero degree in metal removal. Therefore the working rake angles of different points on culling edge are different from the rake angle,which is announced hy building the equation of the working rake angle. At last, a practical example is presented. |
