摘    要:为满足某乘用车差速器壳体的批量生产要求,对其内端面相关尺寸进行了分析研究。利用尺寸链计算方法,确定了工艺尺寸的公差。同时提出三种加工内端面的方案,结合尺寸和实际情况分析了各方案的优劣。最后对车加工工艺试验数据进行了分析,分析结果表明车加工方案完全可以满足批量生产的要求。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to meet mass production request of the differential shell, which is from a passenger vehicle, the relevant dimensions of inner surface are analyzed. By using the calculation method of dimensional chain, the dimensions of the process of tolerance are determined. At the same time, three kinds of schemes for processing inner surface are put forward. Combining with the dimensions and the actual situation, the superiority of these is analyzed. Finally, the turning test data is analyzed. The analysis results showed that the lathe processing scheme can meet the requirement of mass production.
