永磁自起动电动机转子结构与起动性能相关性分析

摘    要:针对不同转子结构下电动机的起动性能不同,建立了二维电磁场数值计算模型,确立了不同转子结构下的电磁场求解域,利用有限元法对电动机启动过程中的瞬态电磁场进行了数值计算,分析研究了电动机的不同起动性能参数。指出了不同永磁转子结构下的自起动电动机的性能特点以及转子结构和起动性能间的相互关系。为今后类似永磁电动机的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the start performance of motor with different rotor structure,numerical calculation mode of two-dimensional electromagnetic field is established and its solution region defined.Numerical calculation of transient electromagnetic field during start-up is carried out by finite element method and parameters of different starting performance are analyzed.In this paper,it introduces the performance characteristics of motor with different permanent-magnet rotor structure and the relativity between rotor structure and starting performance,which provides theoretical evidence for the design of permanent-magnet motor.
