一种高可靠性的故障保护电路设计及其应用

摘    要:在介绍矢量180°全直流变频空调控制系统的基础上,提出了一种应用于DC180°正弦波驱动电路中短路保护电路。该电路设计了复合电平信号比较锁存器,实现系统过电流、负载突变、输入过欠压、电压突变、输出过压、电源欠压等故障的保护,提高了系统可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of DC180° variable-frequency control system for air conditioning,a short-circuit protection circuit in DC180° sine-wave driving circuits is proposed.The circuit is designed with recombination level signal in comparator latch,which can realize over-current protection,load sudden change,input over/under voltage,voltage sudden,over voltage,line under voltage to achieve fault protection,and can improve the reliability of the system.
