摘    要:疲劳损伤是影响飞机寿命的主要因素,在满足静强度前提下,关键部件都应进行疲劳寿命分析。基于载荷谱试验数据基础上,应用有限元法和Hype rm e s h、ANSYS、Fe-s afe等软件对输入轴进行有限元疲劳仿真分析,获得轴的疲劳寿命,为工程设计和分析提供依据。

Abstract:The fatigue damage is the main influencing factor of the aircraft life.Under the premise of static strength ,the fatigue life analysis of key components should be perfomed.Based on the experimental data of the load spectrum, the fatigue simulation analysis of the input shaft is carried out by using Hypermesh, ANSYS and Fe-safe software. The fatigue life is worded out. The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for engineering design and analysis.
