Scaling and its control measure of chevron mist eliminator

Aiming at the scaling and blockage of chevron mist eliminator in boiler desulphurization system during running,this paper introduces working principle and layout pattern of chevron mist eliminator,proposes reasons for scaling from unreasonable design,changeable velocity of flue gas,relatively high degree of supersaturation of absorption tower grout and unsuccessful oxidant effect and proposes control measures to alleviate scaling,which effectively suppresses scaling and guarantees the running of desulphurization system.
