虚拟技术在叶轮加工中的应用

摘    要:叶轮是典型的多轴加工零件,加工中经常出现空刀、过切、欠切、表面质量不高等问题。文中通过应用UG软件的叶轮加工模块完成整体叶轮加工的自动编程,并基于VERICUT软件实现了米克朗UCP710型五轴加工中心铣削整体叶轮的仿真与优化,提高了加工质量和效率。

Abstract:Impeller is a typical muhi-axis machining part, which often occurs with empty knife, cut-off. due to cutting,no high surface quality in processing.The autoatic programming of integral impeller is generated based on mill_multi_blade module of UG software .The process of MIRON UCP 710 five-axis linkage machining center milling integral impeller is simulated and optimized based on VERICUT software ,whice improves the processing quality and efficiency.
