三尖摆线泵型腔曲线的误差来源及其分析

摘    要:建立了三尖摆线泵型腔曲线的数学模型,根据其数学模型,利用MATLAB编制程序并且绘出型腔曲线图。通过对图的观察及其数学方程式的计算分析,找出型腔曲线的误差来源,进一步阐述了该误差对泵体在实际工作中所产生的影响。

Abstract:A mathematical model of three-tipped cycloidal pump is established. Based on the mathematical model. The cavity curve is drawn by using Matlab programming. The error sources of the cavity curve are identified through the analysis on the curve and its mathematical formula. The effects of the error in the actual work of the pump are described.
