| 摘 要： | 介绍了云天化国际硫磺制酸装置低温热回收项目的实施情况及经验。在4套硫磺制酸装置上设置了低温热回收系统（HRS）,目前已有3套投产。HRS系统基本运行良好,产汽率为0.4～0.5t/t。就低温热回收项目的投资决策、技术考虑、CDM项目申报和实施组织方式提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Implementation and experience of low-level heat recovery project in Yuntianhui International’s sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants are described.The four sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants were equipped with MECS Heat Recovery Systems(HRS) and three of them have been put into operation.The HRS operated well on the whole,producing 0.4- 0.5 ton steam per ton of sulfuric acid.Some suggestions are put forwarded regarding investment decision,technical consideration,CMD project application and organization form of project implementation for low-level heat recovery plants. |
