冰粒气射流喷丸喷头流场数值模拟

摘    要:基于射流的湍动特性,应用FLUENT对冰粒气射流喷头内流进行数值模拟。分析了射流压力对内流连续相轴向速度和轴向动压强及射流压力和粒径对弹丸轴向速度的影响。结果表明,当射流压力增大时,气体喷嘴出口处和弹丸喷嘴出口处的轴向动压强也随着增大;当射流压力增大时,气体喷嘴出口处和弹丸喷嘴出口处的轴向速度也随着增大;粒子速度随着射流压力的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,随着粒径的增大呈现减小的趋势,但最大值均出现在磨料喷嘴出口处。

Abstract:Based on the flow characteristics of turbulence, the ion of the inside-flow of the ejection gun in the mixed ice gas-jet shot peening is simulated by FLUENT. The effects of shot peening pressure on the axial velocity, axial dynamic of continuous phase, the trajectory and axial velocity of particle, are analyzed. The results show that axial dynamic pressure of gas nozzle and abrasive nozzle increase along with the increased shot peening pressure, axial velocity of gas nozzle and abrasive nozzle also increase along with the increased shot peening pressure. Along with the increased shot peening pressure, the velocity of particle increases at first, then decreases. The velocity of particle decreases with the increased particle diameter, but the maximum value all appear at the abrasive nozzle exit.
