基于ANSYS的离心风机叶轮有限元分析

摘    要:利用SolidWorks和ANSYS-Workbench两种软件对离心风机叶轮分别进行实体建模和强度分析,有限元分析结果显示此方法比一维计算方法更精确、直观,同时也为叶轮强度计算提供了可靠依据,为进行不同类型叶轮的有限元分析和优化设计提供参考,大大提高了风机设计开发的效率和精度。

Abstract:Using SolidWorks and ANSYS-Workbench two software for centrifugal fan impeller entily modeling andrespectively strength analysis, finite element analysis results show that this method is more accurate calculation method one dimension, and intuitive, but also for the impeller strength calculation and provide reliable basis for different types of the impeller finite element analysis and optimization design for reference, greatly imprnving the fan, design and development of efficiency and accuracy.
