基于有限元技术的螺纹联接摩擦扭矩的分析

摘    要:受轴向预紧力的螺纹联接应用最为广泛.螺纹的预紧力与扭矩的关系为:T=KF.在传统的粗略计算中K一般近似取0.2,随着工程中对螺纹联接可靠性要求的不断提高,近似取值已经不能满足工程使用的要求.文中运用有限元分析的方法,利用ANSYS软件分析螺纹联接中螺纹副的实际受力情况,进而求得更接近实际的螺纹预紧扭矩.

Abstract:Screw connection on axial preload is most widely used.The relationship between threaded preload and torque is: T=KF.In the traditional rough calculation,K is generally taken as 0.2.with the increase reliability of threaded connection of the project requirements,approximate values can no longer meet the requirements of engineering use.This paper will use finite element analysis method and software to analyze threaded screw connection in the actual force of vice,and thus obtain more realistic threaded preload torque
