摘    要:采用虚拟裂缝模型结合线弹性断裂力学的方法,分析了RPC(活性粉末混凝土)及纤维增强RPC的断裂特性;结果显示,RPC中掺入钢纤维后,裂缝的扩展受到限制,材料的断裂韧度、裂缝亚临界扩展量大大提高,材料韧性显著得到改善.用Instron电液伺服式疲劳试验机对试件施加循环荷载测其疲劳寿命,分析知疲劳寿命满足威布尔概率分布.本文给出107个试件的各种断裂参数随纤维掺量的变化规律,分析其破坏的机理.

Abstract:The fracture properties of RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete) and fibre RPC are analyzed by the Fictitious Crack Model(FCM) and the linear elastic fracture mechanics.The results show that the crack extension is controlled and the fracture indexes such as fracture toughness,pre-critical extension length are greatly influenced by fibre fraction. We impose cyclic loads on the specimens by the Instron testing machine to test its fatigue life,and then find out the results matching Weibull probability distribution.The relationship of fracture indexes of 107 specimens with fibre fraction to their failure mechanism is presented in this paper.
