摘    要:以水玻璃 (Na2 O·mSiO2 )、盐酸、胶体保护剂为原料 ,制得沉淀法纳米白炭黑。研究了盐酸滴加速度、胶体保护剂种类、盐酸的浓度对纳米白炭黑粒径的影响。结果表明 ,盐酸的滴加速度直接影响白炭黑的平均粒径 ,滴加速度越快 ,白炭黑的粒径越大 ;胶体保护剂的加入可使白炭黑在常压下干燥 ,解决了纳米级白炭黑制作过程中的微粉团聚问题 ;控制盐酸的浓度及其与Na2 O·mSiO2 的反应速度是本实验的关键

Abstract:The precipitated nanometer white carbon black was prepared with water glass(Na_(2)O mSiO_(2)),HCl and colloid protectant as raw materials.The effect of distribution velocity of HCl,the type of colloid protectant and the consistency of HCl on the particle diameter of nanometer white carbon black was discussed.The result showed that the distribution velocity of HCl would affect the average particle of white carbon black.As the drop feed velocity of HCl went faster,the particle diameter of white carbon black became bigger.The addition of colloid protectant would make white carbon black dry out in normal pressure,and settle the problem of miropowder birdnesting in the production process of nanometer white carbon black.The control of HCl's velocity,and the reaction velocity of HCl and Na_(2)O mSiO_(2) was the key for the experiment.
