碳纤维负载TiO_2光催化薄膜的制备及其性能

摘    要:以PAN基碳纤维(CF)为基体,钛酸丁酯为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶浸渍涂覆法将TiO_2负载于经过表面修饰的CF上,制备CF负载的TiO_2光催化薄膜.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征了制备材料的形态结构,通过超声振荡清洗测试了CF对TiO_2的负载牢度,以质量浓度为80 mg/L的酸性橙Ⅱ溶液为目标降解物,测试了材料在紫外线光照下的催化性能.结果表明:溶胶浓度影响制备材料的形态结构、CF对TiO_2的负载率及负载牢度;溶胶浓度和退火温度对制备材料的催化活性有明显的影响.Ti浓度为0.5 mol/L的溶胶制备的TiO_2/ICF负载牢度好,负载率高,催化活性好.

Preparation and performance of photocatalysed titanium dioxide thin film deposited on polyacrylonitile based carbon fiber
Abstract:Photocatalysed titanium dioxide(TiO_2)thin film was prepared and deposited on polyaerylonitile based carbon fiber(PAN-CF)substrates with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor through a facile sol-gel dip coating technique.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were utilized to investigate the morphologies and structures of the photocatalysed TiO_2/CF film.The load fastness of TiO_2 on CF was evaluated by ultrasonic vibration method and the photocatalytic properties of TiO_2/CF film were investigated by degrading acid orange Ⅱ(80 mg/L)under UV irradiation.The resuits suggest that the concentration of the sol have significant effects on the morphologies and structures of TiO_2/CF film,the load rate of TiO_2 and load fastness.It is also shown that the catalytic activity of TiO_2/CF film was remarkably influenced by the concentrations of the sol and annealing temperature.As the results indicated,the TiO_2/CF prepared from the Ti sol with concentration of 0.5 mol/L displayed better lcad fastness,higher lcad rate and excellent catalytic performance.
