摘    要:通过统计数据分析了影响炼铜转炉寿命的主要因素,采取了相应的解决措施,实施后转炉中修平均炉寿由112炉提高到189炉,大修周期最长的总炉次突破950炉,吨铜单耗镁砖由21kg降到3.7kg。

Abstract:This paper analyses the main factors that affect the copper converter life through the statistical data and describes the relevant measures for its solution; after implementation of these measures, the average service life of the converter after medium overhaul has been extended from 112 heats to 189 heats, the figure of total heats after the major overhaul has broken through 950 and unit consumption of magnesia brick per tone of copper has been reduced from 21kg to 3.7kg.
