| 摘 要： | 在长期的辅导员队伍建设过程中，“非职业化”、“非专业化”的普遍现象从根本上制约了辅导员队伍的建设。必须合理设定辅导员岗位角色，将学生事务管理与学生思想政治教育适度分离并相互促进，加快辅导员队伍建设的专业化、职业化和专家化进程。

| Abstract: | In the long-term process of building of the contingent of counsellors, ＂non-professional＂, ＂non-professional＂ is a common phenomenon from the restrictions on the building of the counselors. Universities should set counsellor posts role, let student affairs management and the ideological and political education of students of appropriate separation and promote each other, and speed up the building of the contingent of professional counselors, professional and expert process. |
