| Abstract: | This article recommends a local noncontact method to remedy the surface crack on the backup roll of the hot rolling mill. Practice showed: this method is simple in operation, saves metal and has a good effect. Remedy may be performed in -ite and the method can obtain an appreciable economic effect. |
