| 摘 要： | 医学图像类的多细胞图像分割过程中,经常因为细胞边界模糊而影响分割质量.针对复杂情况下的细胞图像分割问题,提出了一种组合分割方法,新方法将一种非参数聚类算法(均值平移)和区域合并相结合,先利用均值平移算法获得图像的过分割结果,再根据区域合并准则,合并过分割区域得到准确的分割结果.将此方法应用于活细胞的显微灰度图像,并与几何活动轮廓模型算法、阈值分割算法、均值平移算法及水线分割算法相比较,实验结果证明了此算法的有效性.此算法不仅可以将粘连的细胞分开,还可以获得接近细胞原始形状的边界,为进一步图像研究提供了良好的基础.
