多Agent电网运行决策支持系统

摘    要:如何把有关电网运行的各类信息和知识组成一个规范统一、界面友好的自适应的决策支持系统,用以提高电网运行的可靠性、调度效率和管理水平,是电网运行信息化所面临的一个挑战.电力系统是一个开放复杂互联的大系统,根据对Agent的智能、移动、交互等属性方面的分析,本文研究并提出了基于多Agent技术的电网运行决策支持系统体系结构,同时介绍了系统功能和运行过程.系统由决策资源层、通信服务器主体层和职能主体层三层构成.每个智能Agent都有自己的知识库,其中的知识和数据支持智能Agent完成自己的任务并处理好与其它主体和环境的交互.通过采用Agent技术,可以将复杂系统理论,信息采集和知识发现方法,电力系统专业理论,专家的经验以及强大的计算机处理能力紧密地集成到一个基于多Agent的人机协作系统中.每一个Agent可以对本地局部的电力系统进行分析判断,通过多个Agent的自治以及它们之间的协作可以完成大规模的控制和决策.因此,系统可以更快、更正确地支持电网调度员做出运行决策和控制决策.

Abstract:The main challenge for the power system operation is how to incorporate pertinent information and knowledge into an unified and self-adaptive decision support system, which is used to enhance the reliability,dispatch efficiency and management level of the power grid. The power system is a complex interacting network. According to analyzing on the agent's attributes, such as intelligence, autonomy, social ability and pro-activeness, etc, this paper presents an innovative multi-agent architecture of decision support system for the power system operation, and describes its functions and decision-making progress. The multi-agent system is divided into three layers: the decision resource layer, the communication facilitator layer and the function agents layer. Each agent has its own knowledge base that comprises all the data and know-how to carry out its task and to handle interaction with the other agents and its environment. In the system, by using the agent technology, the theory of complex system management, the method of information collecting and knowledge discovery, the theory of power system, the experts' experience and powerful computer processing capability are integrated strongly into a multi-agent based man-machine cooperating system. Each agent may have a local view of the power system, but the team of agents can perform wide-area control scheme through autonomous and cooperative actions of the agents. Hence, the system will assist the dispatcher to analyze the power system operating status and make control decision quickly and correctly.
