低温热敏变色材料复配物的制备研究

摘    要:分别以溴甲酚绿、甲酚红、溴甲酚紫、溴酚蓝为隐色体;以(十二、十四、十六、十八)醇为溶剂;以硼酸、氯化镁为显色剂,通过系统的试验,制备了一系列的有机低温热敏变色复配物。通过实验,系统对比了各染料/显色剂的搭配效果.以及染料/显色剂/溶剂各比例之间的热敏变色性能。并确定了可逆热敏变色材料中隐色染料,显色剂,溶剂的最佳搭配,以及复配物中显色剂、溶剂、染料的最佳配比。

Abstract:A series of low temperature thermochromatic compounds are prepared through experiments with tetradecyl alcohol as solvent, cresol green bromate and cresol purple bromate as leucos, and boric acid and magnisium chloride as developer, and their optimal proportions are determined.
