控制棒可移动线圈电磁驱动机构极限承载能力实验研究

摘    要:在清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院的反应堆控制棒可移动线圈电磁驱动机构实验台架上进行了反应堆控制棒可移动线圈电磁驱动机构极限承载能力实验.实验表明,静态极限载荷值随电流增大而呈线性增长;电流为5A时,极限载荷值最大为2276N;热态时,线圈极限载荷有明显下降,下降幅度为12%.动态极限推力随电流增长呈线性增长趋势,并且与运行速度有关.

Abstract:The study of the maximal load capacity of the moveable coil electromagnetic drive for reactor control rod has been conducted at Institute of Nuclear and New Energy,Tsinghua University.The experiment finds that the load value of the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM) is linearly increasing following the current value of the coil,and the maximal load is 2276 N when the current value is 5A.The maximal load of CRDM declines clearly at running condition,and the decline scope is about 12%.The CRDM carrying capability is linearly increasing as the coil current,and relates with the running speed of the coil.
