摘    要:本文是一组讨论动力荷载作用下钢结构设计问题的文章的上篇。文中论述加荷速率对单调和循环加荷的钢材的影响和结构在动力作用下的响应,阐明钢结构在动力作用下具有很高的强度和良好的延性,不过在低温环境下高加荷速率对延性有不利影响。

Abstract:This article is the first part of a serial of two papers on the design of steel structures under dynamic actions. The effect of loading velocity on steel material in cases of both monotonic and reversal loading, and the responses of steel structures to dynamic actions are discussed. It is concluded that steel structures subjected to dynamic actions have higher strength and good ductility, except that the latter is injured by high strain rate in low temperature environment.
