基于Maxwell方程的电磁阀开启过程动态特性仿真研究

摘    要:利用电磁有限元软件Ansoft Maxwell的参数化计算功能,对不同主工作气隙、不同驱动电压条件下的模型进行计算,得到开启过程的各种动态特性曲线。通过开启过程的电流变化曲线判断出电磁阀完全开启所需时间,并且进行相应的实验测试,对数值仿真计算结果进行验证。

Abstract:By utilizing Ansoft Maxwell what with parametrization functionality to collect the various group of dynamic characteristic performance curves which were applied in switchable voltage and different main air-gap during calculating solenoid valve model, from the current variation curves to verify the needed time of driving off the solenoid valve, in correspondingly to carry out correlated experiment to validate the test data's authenticity and reliability what was derived from the simulation.
