摘    要:概述了裂解C9利用现状,提出以裂解C9为原料,Ni-Cu系催化剂,采用2次深度加氢工艺,在加压固定床反应器上进行催化加氢.考察了不同压力、温度和空速对裂解C9加氢效果的影响,优化加氢过程条件,为进一步放大研究提供依据.实验表明,在反应压力为5.0 MPa、温度为150℃,空速为0.75 h-1条件下,不饱和组分的转化率...

Abstract:The utilization status of cracking C9 was summarized.With Ni-Cu as catalyst,cracking C9 was catalytically hydrogenated in the fixed bed reactor by using two-order deep hydrogenation process.The effects of pressure,temperature and space velocity on the hydrogenation of cracking C9 were investigated,and the process conditions were optimized,which provides a basis for further scale-up study.The experimental result shows that the conversion of unsaturated components is over 90% in the conditions of reaction pre...
